Hands-On Baking Classes

The 2016 Cascadia Grains Conference will feature several hands-on baking sessions. These sessions will be limited to 20 participants with sign ups happening at the Registration Desk the morning of the conference.  All classes will take place in the Culinary Classroom of the Student Union at the South Puget Sound Community College. If you would like to pre-register for these classes please email Rose with your name and the name of the session you would like to guarantee your spot in.
