These sessions were developed for those that work closely with our region’s grain-shed and want to learn more about what is happening in the region. Classes include our hands-on baking classes as well as sessions on the WSU Bread Lab research updates, examples of businesses and people working intimately with local grains in Washington and Oregon. For a full listing of the Agenda, Schedule and Session Descriptions visit our PROGRAM page.
