What an amazing conference!
Thank you to everyone who participated and made this the most collaborative year yet.
The 2017 Cascadia Grains Conference drew 293 participants from across Cascadia once again to Olympia, WA at the South Puget Sound Community College. Participants heard from 28 speakers over 22 sessions, including three hands-on baking classes, tastings, and tours! The conference expanded to include four Friday Add-On Field Trips including a Baking Track, a Brewing and Distilling Track, an Equipment Track, and a Historical Tasting. 5th Annual Conference
DATES AND LOCATIONS:
The 2017 conference was presented by the Washington State University in partnership with Oregon State University and proudly supported by Bob’s Red Mill, Fremont Brewing Company, Old Stove Brewing Company, Pierce County, and the generosity of many individuals, businesses, and organizations.
- Friday January 6th at various locations and times around Thurston County for our Friday Hands-On Field Trips.
- Saturday January 7th full conference from 8 am – 8 pm at the South Puget Sound Community College in Olympia, WA.
