2017 Cascadia Grains Conference Final Report

The 2017 Cascadia Grains Conference drew over 260 participants from across Cascadia once again to Olympia, WA at the South Puget Sound Community College. Participants heard from 41 speakers over 22 sessions, including three hands-on baking classes, tastings, and tours! The conference expanded to include four Friday Add-On Field Trips including a Baking Track, a Brewing and Distilling Track, an Equipment Track, and a Historical Tasting.   • Friday January 6th at various locations and times around Thurston County for our Friday Hands-On Field Trips.
